Tigers and Flames

Today, our boys school basketball team, USIU Tigers, had to use their premier league experience to see off Technical University Of Kenya (TUK) 45-35 in a tough game played at Kenyatta University.USIU who are unbeaten went into the halftime break with a 8 point lead and increased it to 14 points going into the last quarter with the biggest lead of the game.Daniel Omondi scored 11 points and James Omweno added 10 for Tigers,Loyotoman Dennis lead all scorers with 12 points for TUK. While USIU Flames(Ladies team) coach has always pushed his team to maintain the premier league standards even when playing weak teams in the KUSA games and we did just that against JKUAT.Georgia Adhiambo who has scored double figures in all games led the way with 17 points and I had 9 points as we crushed JKUAT 50-10.

Can't feel my legs

From a basketball training. Ran round the court 5 times then started the training. Did drills and lots of shooting and stretching.Later divided into three teams and we played against each other but my team lost by 3 points. Was good training but am sooooo tired,hungry and have an aching body. Need massage so bad.
